Course: LVRR 5K course. Accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in Lehigh Parkway
Race Day Registration: Begins at 5pm
Age: Racers must be 10 years of age
Race Start: Begins at 6pm
Timing and Results: Each race accuratley timed and individual results will be posted. You will ablt to check your overall results after each event. There are no awards given for this series

The 9/11 Heroes Run activates and unites communities to honor the sacrifices of those heroes from September 11th and the wars since, to include veterans, active duty, first responders, and families of the fallen. The 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners of all levels and of all ages, volunteers, friends, and family. It is not about fitness level or experience but about activating, uniting, and honoring our heroes.

The Cedar Fair Run & Ride Race Series at Dorney Park will have you running under and around and then riding on some of the best coasters on the East Coast. Half-marathon, quarter-marathon, and 5K participants will run through Dorney Park while taking in behind-the-scenes views of some of the park's most popular attractions. Plus, you'll enjoy some of the best swag around: a ticket to the park on race weekend and a unique and collectible finisher medal!

Get ready to tackle 3.1 miles at Savidge Farms, ideally situated between Philly and Harrisburg. Participants will enjoy a trail run that covers the gorgeous grounds of the farm. Traverse meadows, dash through the woods, and wind through the corn maze before celebrating everything that's great about fall at the finish line!

The annual NAMI Lehigh Valley 5K Race & Walk for Mental Illness will occur at 5450 Liberto Lane, Bethlehem, PA 18017 (This is not Bicentennial Park in Allentown!)

The 5K race is on flat paved roads open to traffic in a suburban area. Prizes for first place female and male runners and for top runners in each age bracket, female and male. Winners also receive the area's only EDIBLE medals from Custom Cookies by Elizabeth! Participants receive T-shirts and tickets for a basket raffle; Johnny's Bagels, fruit, and coffee before and after the race; and hot dogs (regular and vegetarian options) & chips afterward. Enjoy live music, a playground and grassy area for children, and restrooms. No strollers, bikes, or runners under age 14 for the race, but they are welcome for the Walk. Race day registration is available. If you wish for your registration fee to benefit the Vivek Ananthan Youth Initiative, please state this in a note to the Race Director using the "Race Contact Info"  button.  

Walkers have a separate, shorter course for their non-competitive walk on a paved path in the park. Walkers register online as well. Participants receive T-shirts and tickets for a basket raffle. The walk is free; a $5 donation is appreciated but not required to help cover the cost of the T-shirt. 

We're trying something new! Individual participant fundraising is not required, but it is appreciated.Runners, if you agree to raise $50 by September 17, your race registration fee will be waved at checkout! Walkers may become fundraisers also.

Registration fees and donations stay in the Lehigh Valley to improve the quality of life for people affected by mental illness through education, support, and advocacy.
